Gregg joined Pierson Commercial in the fall of 2012. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of established national and regional retailers as well as approximately one million square feet of shopping centers, mixed-used developments, pad sites, ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey. Gregg’s client-base consists of Heller Group, OceanFirst Bank, Onyx Equities, Russo Development, Sephora, Sharbell Development, TFE Properties, Starbucks Coffee and Vornado Realty Trust.

Representing both property owners and tenants provides Gregg with a full understanding of all sides of negotiations. His consultative and corporate approach enables Gregg to provide his clients on an informative and advisory role approach.

Gregg has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as following his beloved New York sports teams, the Yankees, Giants and Knicks.
